When MUST analyses your database indexing, it works out how many unique bits of data there are in each index, and decides on whether to keep the index or reject it. It also takes into account whether indexes are for foreign key relationships or primary keys, and will automatically create appropriate indexes if not present.

This means that you do not upsize junk, and will have a clean and efficient SQL Server database.
