Inclusive audio-conferencing costs in course Fee
In order to provide the highest quality training experience our courses
are delivered using a telephone conference call, all call charges are included in the course fees for delegates
attending from the following countries :- UK, USA, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France,
Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden
and Switzerland.
Hardware and software requirements
To participate in the training experience you will require the following: -
- PC equipped with any required course specific software (see course outlines for this).
- Webcam, whilst not essential this will enhance the training experience as it allows you to meet face-to-face with the other delegates and the trainer.
- A landline telephone, we would recommend either a headset or ear piece which can be attached to the phone.
- Internet explorer 6.0 or later
- During your first attendance to the on-line event, you will be prompted to accept and install an Active-X control. You will require the necessary authority to install these components on your machine
- Screen resolution, we recommend setting your screen resolution to 1280 by 800; although this is not essential
