Access 2010 offers a fantastic new feature allowing you to publish your Access Databases to a SharePoint 2010 Server. This then allows you to continue using the Access Client Application but with your data held in a SharePoint Server. It has great features including allowing you to work off-line with data which can then be re-synchronised to SharePoint.
